The first Capacity Building Programme (CBP) in collaboration with Center of Excellence (CoE) Bengaluru was organised at Fr Lawrence Pinto Memorial School Hall on 16 September 2023. Mr Ramesh (Principal, Rainbow School) and Mr Prashanth Muley (Principal, Jindal School) were resource persons. 30 staff from various CBSE schools of the district participated. The sessions began with inauguration presided over by Fr Santhosh Walder SJ Campus director of Loyola School Campus and Fr Rohan D'Almedia SJ, co ordinator for secondary education of Karnataka Province.

A lot practical tips and group activities were conducted. Lunch and snacks were served. The sessions ended at 4 pm with evaluation, test and group photo. Mrs Jenifer, Mrs Pateema and Mrs Anita planned and co ordinated the event. Mr Basavalinga compered the event. Ms Adlin delivered the vote of thanks.
